B2B credibility for a 35-year manufacturer.

Deepak Products needed a modern web presence that matched their standing as an ISO-certified, internationally-exporting manufacturer. We built a multi-level product architecture and trust-first design that speaks to global industrial buyers.

01 / Challenge
01
The problem

A world-class manufacturer with a website that said otherwise.

Deepak Products has been manufacturing precision sheet metal and brass components since 1985. With ISO 9001:2015 certification, D&B D-U-N-S registration, and over 700 clients across 10 countries, they are by every measure a serious, export-grade supplier.

Their web presence did not reflect this. International buyers — engineers, procurement managers, OEMs — were landing on a site that undermined the credibility built over four decades. In industrial B2B, your website is often the only sales collateral a buyer sees before deciding whether to request a quote.

The second challenge was structural: Deepak Products manufactures 650+ products across three distinct categories — Sheet Metal Parts, Modular Sockets, and Brass & Other Products — each with multiple subcategories. The navigation architecture needed to surface this depth without overwhelming a buyer looking for one specific component.

02 / Solution

Six things we built.

01 / Architecture

Multi-level product navigation.

Three top-level product categories (Sheet Metal, Modular Sockets, Other Products) with nested subcategory menus. Each category has its own section page — 18+ pages total — so buyers can browse by product type without friction.

02 / Trust design

ISO credibility layer.

ISO 9001:2015 certification and D&B D-U-N-S registration are featured above the fold. Client count (700+), export reach (10+ countries), and 40-year history are quantified — not buried in an About page.

03 / Conversion

WhatsApp-first lead capture.

For B2B buyers in India and the Middle East, WhatsApp is the primary business communication channel. We integrated a persistent WhatsApp CTA throughout — a direct line to the sales team, zero friction.

04 / Narrative

Scroll-driven homepage.

Eight sections, each advancing a B2B sales narrative: who we are → what we make → industries we serve → how we manufacture → our certifications → key clients → where we export → how to reach us.

05 / Industries

7 vertical sectors.

Automotive, Electrical, Electronics, Hardware, Construction, HVAC, and Plumbing — each industry is named and called out, so buyers self-identify and understand Deepak Products supplies their sector.

06 / Performance

Edge-deployed, globally fast.

Deployed on Netlify's global CDN — fast everywhere from Jamnagar to Germany. Static HTML, zero JavaScript frameworks, optimised images. The site loads in under 2 seconds on a mobile connection in India.

03 / Process

Day zero to live.

Day 0–1

Discovery & audit

Full review of existing site, product catalog structure, export markets, certifications. Brand direction set: corporate credibility, not startup minimalism.

Day 2–3

Architecture & design

Information architecture mapped for 650+ products. Navigation hierarchy designed. Visual language established: clean corporate palette with international B2B appeal.

Day 4–6

Build & content

18+ pages built. All product sections, the homepage narrative, industry verticals, certifications, and the production process flow. Content copy written throughout.

Day 7

Live on Netlify.

Deployed to Netlify CDN. WhatsApp integration tested. Mobile verified on 5 device sizes. Google indexing submitted. Handover complete.

Design decisions

Every choice made
for industrial buyers.

Corporate palette,
not startup aesthetic
Dark editorial design works for Folio's own brand — but not for a 40-year manufacturer whose buyers are procurement managers at OEMs. We chose a clean, light-on-dark-navy palette that signals authority and international professionalism. The buyer seeing this site must immediately feel they are dealing with a serious supplier.
Credentials
above the fold
ISO 9001:2015 and D&B D-U-N-S are not decorations — they are procurement requirements for many corporate buyers. Placing certifications in the first viewport prevents the question "are they certified?" from ever forming. It says: qualified supplier, vetted, proceed.
WhatsApp over
contact forms
In B2B markets across India, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia, WhatsApp is the default business communication tool, not email. A WhatsApp button gets a same-day response; a contact form gets a 48-hour wait. We integrated WhatsApp as the primary CTA because it matches how the buyer already works.
Numbers,
not vague claims
"Experience" and "quality" are meaningless on a B2B site. 40 years, 700+ clients, 10+ countries, 650+ products — these are claims a procurement team can assess. Every metric on the site is specific, verifiable, and chosen because it answers a question buyers actually ask during vendor evaluation.
Static HTML,
zero CMS lock-in
A WordPress site for a 650+ product catalog is a maintenance liability. Pure HTML/CSS with no server-side dependencies means near-zero downtime, no plugin updates, no security surface, and a site that loads from a Netlify CDN edge node closest to the visitor — whether they're in Jamnagar or Germany.
